Chrome inline Springer speedster style handlebars. 1936-1946 Inline stem springers. Made for restoration purposes. Drilled for horn button, dimmer and internal hard wire throttle and retard. Need pinch bolts and top nut, depending on what frame and head cups are used.  Rise is 3.5".  Width is 37" and Pullback is 4.5".
