Harley Davidson 2126-19 1916-1923 Kicker Cover
Harley Davidson kicker cover, 2126-19, one of the hardest parts to find in crap condition. Good condition doesn’t exist. This cover is for late 1919 to 1923 but can be used back to 1916 provided you have Clutch actuating cam 2434-19. I can send out the cover with the spring hole (1916-20) or I can provide it with the spring rivet 2086-21 (1921-23). The kicker pedal bushing is under size in case you want to clean up the shaft on your kicker arm. If you need it reamed, let me know and I’ll take care of it. The original cover was completely sub-standard. The shell was just stamped mild steel, the bushing was casted. Nether part lasted very long. This cover on the other hand is bullet proof. The cover shell is machined out of 4140 alloy and heat treated. The kicker bushing is machined out of 4140HT (heat treated). The actuating cam is machined out of C92300 tin bronze, the same stuff they make bronze gears out of. This cover will last a long, long time.
