MidWest Ultima® 70-231. Heavy duty starter. Chrome. 1980-1985 FLT, FLHT, FXR models rubber mounted engine, 5-speed transmission and exposed rear chain. This starter boasts a 1.4+ KW rating and will turn over Stockers and Strokers with ease. Starters are designed to replace the obsolete designs of Prestolite and Hitachi starters used on 1965-1986 model Big Twins. Uses stock solenoid.
